Missing feedback loop to better adapt to customers – Schwab Mobile Review
How can such an app not ask for customer feedback? Schwab MUST add a "feedback" menu to get ideas and remarks from its clients.
A phone number is NOT a feedback mechanism for product managers.
There are a lot of little inconveniences in this app, that could easily be corrected and make a great experience.
Eg:
- sorting orders: orders on calls are separated from orders on put, also separated from orders on stock. It's a mess. On the website it's grouped by stock.
- 2 consecutive orders get easily mixed on the UI.
- trades on options: the form is clunky and too slow to complete.
- no way to easily close a combined trade on options.
... and so on...
Overall the app is well organized and processes are good. It looks outdated but it's not the point, I personally don't mind.
However many details on the UI should be refined to make it efficient and convenient.
