App will not open

After downloading several times App is frozen on startup and would not open. Devices were 12pro and 12mini ios 14.4

We have reached out to Schwab over a dozen times since we opened an account 2 months ago, as we somehow got a restriction put on our account even though we submitted all of the documents and did everything asked of us. We cannot reach anyone who can help us with our account being restricted. Constant redirects, holds, and hang ups - I am extremely displeased by my experience with Schwab and its employees, I have never gotten a call back and no one has reached out by email, message, phone call or otherwise to help get our account fixed. I expect much better from a financial institution - this is totally unacceptable. How many times do you want to contact your company before you can use it’s services? Tonight I reached yet another associate who, while nice, could do nothing for my problem. He gave me yet another number to try, and recommended I send an internal message. I am hopeful, but if my prior experience has anything to show, this too will be futile, and I’ll find myself contacting Schwab once again after waiting only to find no response to my queries and reaching no one who can actually help. If you value your time and want to do business with a company who values you as a customer, find a different investment company.

I am not a very computer literate person but I was able to get the app. On my computer and phone and am able to use it easily.
Absolute trash

Does not allow you to view any real info after hours. I opened this to get away from Robinhood but it is absolutely useless if you’re trying to view anything in real time.
Not as easy as I had hoped.

I have tried to buy a stock and it tells me not enough funds when I had 10x the amount needed. Takes a long time to execute transfers and transactions. I am going to go slow in transferring over to this bank or I might get out all together. Not sure yet. I may need to navigate this space for a while before I decide to do any big money transfers.

Jesus why can’t we have live updates? It’s got the auto refresh on your watchlist but you have to scroll and hold down to refresh. RH is so much faster. Get with the times Schwab

Super happy and excited to get the opportunity to trade stock and have help with such a nice company. I had a call with in 24hrs of getting the app making me feel like I made the right decision.
