Ever since I got this app. & an account, I’ve called Schwab frequently about its buggy issues, FREQUENT stalling, pausing, “spinning wheel (I’m doing nothing but trying ‘something’) graphic”, and complete INability to trade the opening bell. They’ve had multiple “fixes” and updates. These days I just suffer through it with my own work-around. I’ve resorted to using a Web-based version, but that lacks a lot (especially with options trading). How hard is it to put the Greeks on your options’ data page? C’mon Schwab, you’re operating like some freshman company with seemingly homemade software. TERRIBLE! Lately it’s gotten even worse (as of 10/20/20): more frequent cases of stalling, “feature unavailable “ messages, and now a NEW undocumented feature: make you verify yourself and your device via text message MULTIPLE times per day. Dreadful experience. I’m moving my money to a trading company that has working applications. Enough of this. T.G.
Failed device registration

After years using this App, the latest version is a disaster. Each time I use it, it now tells me my device is not registered and I must be verified. Schwab tech support had an hours long wait yesterday.
Add support for TMobile Money Checking as an external non Schwab account

T-Mobile money checking is a division of Customers bank, they pay 4% Interest for T-Mobile customers. I like to monitor all my banks in one app which would be Schwab but i cant add T-Mobile money on the summary page bc its not supported. Please support it already.
Device verification is not working properly

I am having to verify my device every few hours through text messages. This is very annoying.

Have been customer for years. I have never had a service or advice issue. Best brokerage account for me. As far as I am concerned give me those two...good service and advice. I’m responsible for everything else when investing money.
