Very easy at first and gets more challenging as it goes on.

I played this game when it first started and was addicted from the start. It was fun and they were always adding new areas or levels to keep players interested. I didn’t even mind spending money on it here and there. But I quit playing a year ago and they had stopped with upgrades long before that. Very disappointing to lose a great game.

I have sent five support letters regarding NO Diamond Dragon on my game. I sent pictures showing the icon stating the dragon is to far away. This has been going on since first of June why isn’t it showing when you say it’s there and it’s not. Plus you say will fix but don’t. What is going on???

They haven’t updated the game, or added any new quests in 9 months!

Once most long-time players saw the cobwebs growing in the Manor, our playing became desultory. They think we’ll all switch to The New Mystery Manor - NOT. It’s frustrating, difficult, and even more expensive!?. Stay away!

Do not download this game!!! There has been nothing new in months!!! The developers have forgotten our game to concentrate on a new game which many have tried, but have declared as awful. Promises of new things have never been followed through with. The only thing that keeps most of us in the game is our friends!

Instead of creating a new version you should fix the problems with the old version first. Done spending money on this stupid game. You have a guild quest going and can’t even get in to finish because of network problems. Your all idiots if you think we are going to play the new version. Now I know why I want to quit this big waste of time.

This version of the game is great if you want to search for items, find friends and play with out the extra stuff that drags down the speed of your Id app. They haven’t done updates in a while so the game is stable. Hoping they’ll get back to adding content here. I’ve played all versions of this game and this one is the best. for the company: please stick to the tried and true version of the game as well.

This is an update to a 3/1/18 review I wrote. It has been months since there has been any updates and new quests & events. GI has pulled out 2-3 year old quests for various holidays. Not even the 6th anniversary produced any events. The game continues to degrade, at this point barely 10% of the 1050 friends on my list check in. Issues with slow servers, lost progress, loss of friends (at various points I’ve lost blocks of hundreds & twice all friends) have declined. However, with no updates, events and fewer players, it stands to reason there will be fewer issues. In February GI posted that there will no longer be Apple app updates, with future play being shifted to face book. The last Apple update was over 7 months ago, there hasn’t been any updates via Facebook either, despite the promise of a new & improved manor. GI’s intent is the true mystery here. If you’re interested in the game, it can be great fun but has gotten stale without new updates & events.

I have been playing this game for over 4 years. It used to be fun, but now it’s just awful. The ONLY reason I still play is because of the friends I have made in the game. Some of the many problems: Server is so incredibly slow especially doing guild events on the weekends. They really could care less about their customers, if you send in a trouble ticket you always get the run around. I you dare to complain on their Facebook page, they will ban you from posting. They delete negative comments incredibly swiftly - which is the only thing they do swiftly. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game because I chose to do so. Now, however, the only way you can progress in the game is to spend tons of money. You used to be able to buy chests of keys with diamonds but now they don’t offer chests for new rooms or special events. Many friends have had had to start the game again from the beginning because they couldn’t restore game. They have had many, many problems since the Halloween event months ago (it is now May)- and the problems persist, no effort to fix. I had 15 helpers - the max, but now I have 12,1- for months “...will be fixed in next update...” - when will that be? I didn’t get the Christmas events but when I sent in a ticket they told me that was all I would get (2 quests) and nothing else, unlike all my friends. You can use all the charms and artifacts you can do find items and you still have to search a room 50 times to find anything - I really do have other things to do during my day. Since October I just haven’t cared and only go on the game for my friends and to participate in guild events on the weekend. The only reason I haven’t deleted the game is because of all my friends on the game.
