Mystery manor hidden adventures – Mystery Manor: Hidden Adventure HD Review

I have sent five support letters regarding NO Diamond Dragon on my game. I sent pictures showing the icon stating the dragon is to far away. This has been going on since first of June why isn’t it showing when you say it’s there and it’s not. Plus you say will fix but don’t. What is going on???
