Sure it can be repetitive and quests are next to impossible to complete, but it WAS an enjoyable game. Until.....I’ve lost all progress after iOS 13, I am beyond angry. I did email support and got back a stock response but nothing got fixed. Such a shame that I have to stop playing now. Are you guys going to address the lost progress of the many players who have updated the game?

Very easy at first and gets more challenging as it goes on. I like to play the card game/pipes game as a break but it has disappeared. Is it coming back?

Love this game but get frustrated when I got a new iPad I had to start all over from the beginning and it just happened again when the iPad crashed. There is no way to recover your game. So frustrating!,

Here we are almost 2 months since my first support request and I’m still locked out from playing with others. I sent materials requested 3 times, but told since I haven’t responded my case was closed. I don’t believe anyone from tech support is actually monitoring this game since the now have a game called New Mystery Manor and this version hasn’t been updated in more than a year. I know my version has a bug - click on the G! icon and the game freezes. Save your money. There are better games with better tech support.

I loved this game but they have quit doing new quests so it just goes nowhere now. The reason they switched to a new platform is for one reason, to rob you of your money, the game has always had very poor customer support. The new version is just about taking your money.
