App is a bit bloated, but mostly functional. Major drawback is unread messages badge often does not clear, even after messages are read and deleted. Developers: Please fix this bug and I will happily add an extra star!

After going through the list of steps you advised me to take, the app has been acting properly ever since doing so. I’m afraid to be saying anything because the fact that I have now, it may start all over again. I’m hoping it doesn’t. If it continues acting properly, I promise to come back to give a glowing review and 5 stars because it will be worth it if that is the case! Again, thank you for your help. It was very kind and appreciated. Updated 2/3/21 After spending some time using the app after my last review, I have had a couple of occasions where it has performed improperly in the ways it had before. But now that I’m aware of the things I can do to stop that from happening, I am for the most part satisfied. Unfortunately though, because of the effort it still takes on my part to maintain proper functionality of the app, I cannot give it 5 stars yet. But I do hope one day it will reach a point where I can. Thank you for having an app that will deliver my mail to me right as it arrives! Also, thank you for having the courtesy to reply to my reviews with helpful suggestions. That’s something I rarely ever see, and appreciate it.

I no longer get mail automatically I have to open the app for it to refresh every time now. I’ve deleted and reinstalled as well as checking every setting on the app. This just started with the last update.
App hasn’t refreshed in three weeks

My app hasn’t refreshed with new emails since mid-January. I can get them through my iPhone email and my laptop, but not through the app. I’ve had Aol since it was “Netscape”. It was the first and only email I’ve used in 20 years, but I’m about to give-up. And they won’t help me because I haven’t paid for their upgraded service. Terrible!

Just stop the stupidity. I think everyone should shut of the talking heads on TV...they just stir people up. Enough already

Since the new update, I never receive notifications that I have mail. I’ve gone into settings and make sure they are turned on and I still don’t get any. Fix this!!!!

Previously had to log in at each opening of app. This version breaks by only having mail from 2020 in a y2k like bug
Notifications and old email

I am no longer receiving notifications on new email. Also many times after I read a email, and go back to the main screen it automatically takes it out of the new mail and put it into the old mail.
