Slow and buggy

Amazon/Whole Foods really needs to contract with a new app developer. The Prime Now app is incredibly slow, buggy, and poorly designed. It’s surprising that such a major company would allow such a poorly designed app to have their name and mark on it. Giving it two stars because the actual Whole Foods delivery service is very useful. Otherwise this app would the lowest rating.

Terrible. Whole Foods should be embarrassed

With so many other apps opening up , Whole Foods and amazon should be embarrassed to offer this!!! No ability to reserve a time slot without first ordering the entire purchase! No ability to add / change items later! No ability to keep items in the cart and wait for slot to open up. If an item runs out , instead of trying to substitute it gets deleted from the cart! No words can describe how bad this app is and doesn’t come close to other grocery apps on the Market today.

No reason not to have iPad layout

With Apple’s latest updates, it is incredibly easy to include layout for iPad. In 2020, not having multi device access, along with other new features like split windows is kind of disappointing. Hope to see this change in future updates. One suggestion that would make this app killer. Create meal categories that group the ingredients you need and add them to the cart all at once. Not meal kits.

Freezes constantly

Love the ability to order on this app - saves my life sometimes. BUT it freezes all the time, have to delete and reinstall every time I open it. If I had another way to place an order, I would. Please fix this issue.

Not sure why one if the most powerful web service companies cannot make an app that doesn’t freeze. The app is extremely clunky. It is slow and forget using it on an iPad. I love the service itself so I am forced to use it. Please improve it!!

Absolutely terrible

I ordered enough to get the free shipping and 5 and a half hours later I get a message saying my address is undeliverable, knowing that I have the correct address, it would have been good to know before I ordered, will never use again

Unable to place my order

Interface lags intermittently. I went to place my order and kept receiving errors about my network settings - turns out there’s nothing is wrong with my network settings and yet I can’t place an order. Updated and restarted the app and the issue remains...

Better than florists for gifts!

I use this app all the time and never have trouble with it freezing or closing. I send last minute flowers, sweets, spa items, toys, baked goods, even an entire brunch, to family and friends for holidays and special events using Prime Now. So much cheaper than sending a boring floral arrangement!

Fix the app

Too often experiencing freezing and having to reinstall then use the app again. Even then after reinstall it still freezes. It seems to be a lot of consumers are have the same issue. Get the developers to fix this or you will have a lot of potential users deleting it and no longer dealing with the crappy app.
