Used to work, now can’t get past the second screen

I have used prime now A LOT in the past two years. I am a loyal amazon customer. The app worked great until I went to New York and changed my location. Now, not only can I not change my location back to my home, I can’t even get past the second screen. I called customer service and they can’t do anything to help. No suggestions. Seems like a bug that there is no work around for.

Can’t complete your order and have to log on to the web page version which is clearly an issue. Can’t edit an order after you place it either so you’ll have to cancel it and re-order the entire order while adding the other item you wanted.
Slow, complicated, overpriced, bad design.

Title says it all, multiple screens you can’t even back out, they keep the price a secret until they have your private information and its unjust all around untrustworthy

Deliveries lately don’t get assigned a carrier, and just sit. They don’t tell you this until you’ve waited for hours, only to have it not delivered. What do they do? Nope, they don’t get you your order ASAP, they cancel it, and make you reorder, with no times available, you’re likely waiting until tomorrow to once again play the Amazon roulette game of will it show up or not... and not even amazon knows. Oh, and then it sends you a “how was your order” email AND notification, both of which don’t work, because they disable it. They don’t want to know about them being terrible.

It’s nice to have clear knowledge of what products are in store and prices. The pictures are helpful and the categories are not too cumbersome to navigate. But the prime and sales don't update so some products are listed as prime or on sale but aren’t. Also not all products appear in search.

My God, what is the point of creating an app if it’s slow, constantly freezing, and only functional half of the time? It’s been operating long enough to have improved it in some way shape or form. The inconsistency is maddening.
Please fix the bugs! I NEED this app!!

I love Prime Now. But it freezes constantly. I have to delete and reinstall several times. Recently, same thing (froze). I finally got it to work but it charged my default card instead of the card I selected. I was able to cancel the transaction. Started over again and it did it again. Went to Help and put my phone number in. App showed it calling then ending, but my phone never rang. I tried about 5 times, same thing. Finally it wouldn’t let me do it anymore and it gave me a number to call. But it was for Amazon Prime, not Prime Now so I had to be transferred. All I wanted was the right cars to be charged. Then the app said my order was delivered. But it was 7:30am. Deliveries start at 9am. CS didn’t see that. They saw that it both orders were cancelled. But I didn’t cancel it, so what happened? I could see in my history the first order was cancelled but the second order was pending. Finally I got a message around 7:40 that it was undeliverable (???) and I would receive a refund. Most bizarre experience. But I NEED this app!! I don’t have a Whole Foods where I live so I have it delivered to my job. Please fix these issues, I love Whole Foods and I love Amazon!! When it works it’s great!

I used to order groceries from Whole Foods with Insta cart all the time. Now, it’s not available on there anymore and I’m forced to use Prime Now. Prime Now is so frustrating to use. I don’t have a 2hr window anymore, I can’t chat with my shopper and see what they have already picked up simultaneously, and I can’t see where they are on the map during delivery...ughh. I wish Whole Foods was available again on Insta Cart.
