Garbage use Walmart

stupid russians

The app doesn’t work with a safari based browser. Let’s go Jeff pony up some cash and get this to work. Worst experience ever.

Not in my area.

GRistine

I’ve been trying to use this app for YEARS. They still don’t deliver in my area. ?

Log in problems

WH Shopper

After the latest update, I’m not able to log on. I’m in a loop on the log on screen. Super frustrating as I shop Whole Foods pick up all the time!!

Phone notifications stopped

DubsNinersTY

After the new release I no longer receive phone notifications when my groceries are delivered.

Continues to have issues...

JAK_314

While I have noticed improvement since the last update, the App continues to have issues with speed and stability. Further, I cannot understand why Amazon will not let you replace an order that has been cancelled and/or is a past order.

Average

Queen Dalia

The app serves its purpose. I would like to see more filtering and sorting options.

Horrible app

Hovita83

The size of the interface is way too small to view on my iPad Pro. It’s also very inconvenient to have to turn my tablet, which I use 99% of the time with the case and keyboard, because this app ONLY WORKS IN PORTRAIT. It’s annoying and I never use it because of that.

No iPad Optimization?

BuddhaXD

Works alright. Needs to be optimized for iPad. I expected far better quality from an almost trillion dollar company.

Please fix the lack of notifications

jnine83

I no longer receive text alerts that my groceries were delivered. If I could give this zero stars I would. Complaints: 1) you can’t edit your order once you put it in, 2) the app does not provide notifications once groceries have been delivered and groceries will just sit outside for hours if you’re home but don’t hear the driver (most of the time they don’t even bother knocking), 3) there are items you can get in the store that are not available through the app. For such a huge company, disappointing they can’t figure out how to optimize grocery deliveries. I prefer Instacart’s interface and customer service.

No iPad version?

Dave Mo

Why is there no iPad version? This appears only in portrait orientation and it is small on the screen. Very annoying. Since it is in portrait, it is sideways as I use my keyboard.
