SUPERB text-to-speech app! Finally. – urVoice AAC – Text to speech with type and talk! Review
I am a laryngectomee, meaning I've had my voice box surgically removed and I use a vocal prosthesis to speak. But often, I'll need a quick tool where I can type something in and have the machine "speak" for me.
After only one day of use, I'm pleased to give this 5 stars. (Note: I paid to upgrade, but my review is based on the features of the freeware version)
What I like:
Clean user interface
Intuitive design
Multiple voice options (male/female + accents)
Quick Phrases
What I want it to do next:
More voice options, specifically more male and English USA accents
Ability to organize/order my Quick Phrases (some are needed more often and should stay at the top; Shouldn't have to search for those)
You'll like it.
