Really Poor Customer Service – bubbli Review
I’ve taken a Bubbli with my iPhone. I’ve named it and turned on “Public Location”.
When I click “Save” I get a screen that says “You need an account for that”. When I fill out the information, my only choices are “Cancel” or “Sign Up”. I’ve previously signed up but when clicking “Sign Up”, it correctly tells me that “User Exists”. I click OK and go right back to “You need an account for that”. It seems that I’m stuck in an endless circle. I requested help from Bubbli on March 29 and on May 15 after 6 emails requesting help, Bubbli told me that no account with my email address exists. Unbelievable!
