I use all these apps from the same seller and they're all amazing together. I'm not just the same person I used to be. I felt guilty all the time about how little self-control I had, and now I actually don't even feel like I'm forcing myself. I just enjoying eating better. Not sure how to explain it, but this is the right app for me!
