Won't Stop Crashing ? – Rainbow Loom Designer Review

I just got this last night & I was so looking forward to playing it & every single time I open it, it crashes. Whether it's on my ipad or iphone it crashes. I haven't even played it once. Hope this can be resolved. Disappointed ?
