How do you quickly change innings?? – Scoreboard - Swipe Up Review

This is just what I was looking for--a quick, simple scorekeeper for my son's little league games--but I can't see how to quickly decrease or reset the innings on the first screen. I swiped down, but sometimes that goes up and sometimes down. Advice? (I tried "app support" but that just takes me to FB)
