Problem on in-app purchase – CollageIt Free - An Automatic Photo Collage Maker Review

I already purchased to upgrade pro version but I cannot download pro pack. I try to purchased on 2 apple id with US store and TH store. The problem have occurred on 2 account. Before, I inform you on this problem. The problem is show "connecting to app store" and after that a few minute have crash out.
