Rated games – Chess-wise 3 Review

I can't play any rated games although I am signed in with my handle according to my client. But when I ask my opponents they tell me that they are playing against a guest. I did pay 1.99 and I am using the pro. The rates games toggle appears but my guess is that it always sends out unrated games request.
