Unable to connect – FitTrip - Fitness Tracking, Heart Rate Based Coaching and Virtual Trips Review

I'm sure this is a great app, but I cannot get my HR monitor to connect. I also cannot find an email to contact them. I don't want to purchase a membership until I know I can use it. I have a garmin ant+ strap.
