Mediocre – CIA Finger Scanner - Prank Your Friends Review

The idea is cool. However, the "settings" button is obvious (right next to the thumb placement and easily hit by prankee by mistake) and you have to reset Agent Name and Charges each time you open the app. Waste of a dollar.
