No video on iPhone five! – iVideoCamera Review

It worked fine on my iPhone 4s, but on my new iPhone 5c there is no video (video is completely black when I playback), but the audio does record. All of a sudden it is completely worthless. What is going on here??? And when will this be fixed? I've looked under settings but I can't see anything that says to activate the camera.
