Forced to restart game – Phantasmat: Crucible Peak - A Hidden Objects Adventure Review

I bought and have been playing this game for a few days now. I was almost half way through. I had to exit the game, and when I opened it to play again, it made me start over from the very beginning instead of where I had left off. Then it asked me to buy the game again, so I pressed 'already paid?' and it still made me start at the beginning AGAIN instead of where I left off. I tried deleting the whole game and re-downloading it, but that didn't work either. Please fix this! So I, and other players, don't have to keep starting from the beginning each time the game it exited. I have multiple Big Fish games, and have played tons of them on my phone, and I have never had this problem before. Please help! Thank you! It would also be nice to have a map on this game and more games too, so that way you know where to go or what scene still has something to do in it.
