Super Companion for Stretch & Exercise – Timerlist - An Interval Timer for Yoga, Running, Cooking, Meditation, Workouts, Training, Practice Tests, and Much More Review

Timerlist is a great companion app to my daily workout routine. I’ve been in Physical Therapy for a foot injury and Timerlist kept me on target with my stretching and workout. I was always losing track of time for my stretches and this app keeps me on target. Also, my physical therapist asked me to slowly increase my running and biking time in my conditioning. Timerlist reminded me of my current activity time so I can increase it accordingly. It’s so easy to adjust time without re-programming the entire workout. It also works so incredibly well with my other apps, like Songza, Pandora and my playlists. I love listening to music while stretching and exercising. When a time goal is met, you have the option for an audio announcement and/or vibrate alert. I prefer audio announcements while jogging and vibrate options while biking outside so my ears are clear and conscience for traffic. A great safety option and so smart. Timerlist is a sleek, well thought through application that I will continue to find uses for outside of my workouts.
