Worst App EVER – Blurr it Free - easy photo blur effect Review

Quite possibly the worst app I have ever downloaded. The misspelling of LIBRARY should've been a dead giveaway. Never actually even got to use this app because EVERY SINGLE TIME I tried to upload a photo, it would crash and turn off. Terrible!
