Excellent, straightforward, works as promised, even offline – telobike: Tel-Aviv Bicycle Review

I was visiting tel aviv for two days and decided to do some sightseeing by bicycle. The bike stands are all over the city, but finding them can sometimes be a bit of a trek. I don't speak Hebrew so that only complicated matters. I downloaded this app at a wifi hotspot and found the closest set of bikes (about 200m away). I walked through several streets without a wifi signal (or 3G roaming) and the app still had ok problem directing me to the set of bikes. Really well done. Thanks for helping me make my short visit truly memorable.
