Disappointing – Truphone – Free calls & messages, local or international Review

I downloaded this app hoping to use it when I'm in St Lucia next month but I haven't even been able to create an account. The registration requires entering a pin you receive by text but I never received one (even after requesting it be resent multiple times). The app suggests "requesting a call back if you don't receive a text" but then doesn't give you the option to request a call back! So frustrating! I checked the website and it doesn't allow you to create an account so I'll be uninstalling it. Not worth all this time to get nowhere.
