Cannot connect to CEX.IO account. – CexIO Review

I'm online rating this 1 star because I can't rate it zero. I've read the tutorial and tried many times to connect to the API but it always gives me the error of "Wrong Inform". There is no help online or anywhere that tells how to fix this. I DO NOT recommend this app.
