Paid for puppies-app wants more money! – Puppy Dog Sitter - Dress Up & Care, Feed & Play! Review

Beware of this app! I downloaded puppy dog sitter from the App Store and purchased all dogs for $3.99. My grandchildren have played it and loved it. But now the dogs are locked and I am asked to purchase them again. I have contacted customer support but no response. Very unhappy with this app.
