I want a refund! – My Routine Schedule - A Child's Visual Task Timer Review

Spent a good amount of time editing the 1 delivered routine. I clicked to add a picture from my photo gallery and it crashed. Okay, no big deal. I'll just open it back up and keep going. NO! The routine is gone. Crap! Now even the 1 delivered routine was deleted from the crash. I WANT A REFUND!!!!
