Good news, and news – War Space Super-Nova Review

Good news; this game is playable. It gives you thirty seconds to move your ship, choose your attack, and choose your defense when facing an opponent. It gives you a few ships to choose from when you start, but locks the stronger ships leaving them to be unlocked by achieving goals, or by purchasing them from in game. There is a community of players online, so finding a match should not be too difficult. The visuals are impressive for an iPod/Phone game. When you first start the app after downloading it, you are given a tutorial complete with text and vocal instructions, and the option for a tutorial is available in one of the menus. Bad news: there are advertisements that pop up occasionally in the menus, and if miss-clicked will lead you to the App Store to what ever app is shown, forcing you to close the App Store and reopening the game. The victory/defeat animation is choppy at times. I cannot speak for everyone, but I have experienced multiple crashes after a few minutes of playing, but have been able to reopen the app, log back in, and resume playing. All in all, it's an okay game as it is right now. If some of the issues regarding crashes and chopped end game animations get fixed, or if the ads are shown less frequently and at lass inconvenient times, this would help improve the gaming experience.
