Figured out unreadable text problem – Scotland Yard Review

Just got the game and I, too, had the unreadable text problem on iOS7 and fixed it by going to Settings->Accessibility and setting Increase Contrast to On (and then reboot the iPad). That now puts the dark text against a white box background, as it was originally designed. Now I need to figure out what's the most effective way to play me against the AI and have a semblance of a challenging game.
