This app needs an update ASAP!!! – CIA - Number Search & Spam Warning for Unwanted Calls Review

I have quite a few numbers blocked from solicitors,but they still manage to call me again & when they do it says 'CIA blocked caller' there has to be a better way to block phone numbers on your phone. When I had my bb the app was earlier to manage & if I had a phone number blocked it would ring once unlike now where it will just ring & ring unless I pick it up. With all the ring scammers out there I sure as hell don't want to pay for international calls. Please update this app & thank you!
