Good game but falls short – FF IV: THE AFTER YEARS Review

Some glaring problems, revisiting the SAME DUNGEON for the FIFTH TIME gets tedious, Bands system has changed and is now brainless (possibly a plus? Think Chrono Trigger techs). Large story holes and some minor flaws in translation (baron guards say Baron before anything else they say), battle is solid, love the updated graphics. No challenge dungeons so be prepared for that but the game is still quite enjoyable without them. FFIV fan must-play, if you've played TAY already don't expect a whole lot of new shtick. Story gets dull and repetitive at times.
