Constant crashes – Iesabel Review

This is my first time playing and RPG game and honestly it's very enjoyable, but I can't finish a quest when it constantly crashes on me. I'm on the ancestors forest and it crashes right in the middle of my fight and I can't move on afterwards. Please fix this problem ASAP. The device I am using is a mini iPad.
