One star because it's "cute", however... – Instavation - Graphic Quotes, Phrases, Overlays, and Photo Captions Review

...you can't change the colors! And it makes no sense to only offer only the colors black or white. It's not even specific with their directions in HOW to change the color from black to white. Good intentions for the app, but not quite there. I will stick with Rhonna Designs and Bubbleframe. It's worth every penny than this useless app.
