DO NOT GET THIS APP!!!!! – Popcarte : Cartes & Faire part Review

This is the worse app I have ever downloaded from the App Store ever!!!! I could not ever get them to recognize that I live in the US. The very first cards I sent out, the confirmation was in French!!! I contacted their customer service several times. They claimed that the settings on my IPhone for Region must be set to the United States. I already knew that it was. But I still followed the screen shots that they sent and of course my settings were set to US!!!! They could not make this right!! I requested a refund of the credits on my account and I was told it was sent in Euro's!! The bank had to convert the Euros to US dollars. Back and forth to their customer service and nothing ever resolved properly except one card was received that I know of. However you are not allowed to adjust the font size at all. It remains at .8 which is quite small. Their excuse is that they were getting complaints that not all of people's text was coming through on the card. However prior to placing the order, you are allowed to see how the card will look like, in proof reading the card I would think that if text were missing it would be caught there. Don't waist your time on this app, just do not get it. You cannot send a review unless you rate the app. It's not possible to give to zero stars which is what it deserves.
