Do not get this app?? – KoLoR Wallpaper : Top Bar Edition - Create Wallpapers with Colorful Top Bar Review

I looked at majority of the reviews and came to a conclusion that most are FAKE. Gave this app a try and it did completely nothing, even when I turned off reduce motion. What a waste of my time.
