worked for me – Jason’s 5-Day Juice Challenge Review

This program was just what I needed to lose my Holiday weight gain. I liked the variety of ingredients of fruits and vegetables (26?) as it seemed like a balanced program vs. a fad diet. I was never truly hungry although towards the end I did look forward to warm food (January in Virginia) and crunchy textures. I lost closer to 7 lbs and plan to now continue the momentum with a hot soup regime of vegetable soups and weight watcher point counting. It did take some time as my Omega horizontal juicer needs things chopped pretty small (does a great job though as long as you mix soft things like apple and pineapple with hard things like carrots, beets, leafy greens.) So I froze some juices for times when I knew I would be busy. Not as delicious as fresh but fine. Still I will do it again when I feel the need for a "course correction" in my quest to slim down and to show my body it does not need to satisfy its lust for fried foods! Interestingly, I am a regular wine drinker and I did not miss that, espressos or chocolate while on this program. I recommend watching the coaching videos to reinforce your resolve. Or do it with a friend as I did. He was on the 7 day program.
