Wow – KoLoR Wallpaper : Top Bar Edition - Create Wallpapers with Colorful Top Bar Review

Just when you think it's a great app, you're done customizing your wallpaper and status bar, you go to apply it, and it doesn't even fit the screen. Good luck cropping because it doesn't work for me.
