Am I missing something? – Shifting Gears - Free Steam-punk Addicting Brain Memory Training Puzzle Saga Review

Why when I get the correct answer on level 1 does it not let me move on? I have blue on blue and yellow on yellow. The gears are all turning. Is there another move to make? Seems like someone goofed up the update.
