No way to recover bought characters – Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing Review

My son accidentally deleted the license on the game and ALL my characters and tracks are gone. If I spent all this $ to buy these, I expect a way to be able to recover. Spent all this $, and now what? I need support to contact me in this issue. Aside from that, my kid loves the game.
