Confusing in-app upgrade – Clear Browser - Full Screen Browser & QR Scanner Review

I liked Clear Browser until It only allowed six bookmarks. So I paid for the upgrade to Clear Browser Pro but there's no place to download the upgrade, which is an in-app purchase. If you click on restore purchase, it says you already purchased. Where or how do you download the upgrade???
