Freezes & crashes – Transit Buddy - CTA Bus/Train Tracker Review

It used to be ok but now it freezes and crashes every time I try to look up a bus or train that's not on my favorites list, or when I check upcoming arrival times. I had to start using google maps to check bus times--which was incredibly inconvenient and inaccurate. Even when the app was still working I found bus times to be within a minute or 2 of the actual arrival time. Close enough to catch the bus most of the time, but it did cause me to be late for work several times too. I contacted tech support about the freezing/crashing issues & never heard back. I've deleted this app as there are plenty of others to choose from!
