Useless – Tutorial App - Video user guide and tips for iPad Review

It is starting to get stupid on the ITunes App Store ,with all the in app purchases, now I have gone through multiple apps and as in this one, it gives no information, just tells you to purchase the full guide. Why the hairy heck does Apple allow this as it has gotten to the point I look in other sites for down loads. DO NOT BUY THIS APP, IT IS USELESS!!!
