Good workout goes quickly – Power 20 Review

I just downloaded and tried this app this morning. (FB recommended it and well, for once, they provided something appealing to me.) I entered how many push-ups I can do and then selected. Workout (gym). It guided me through a circuit training workout that definitely got my heartrate up and made me feel it. For reference I found it less strenuous than the Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred but tougher than Denise Austin. I've worked with a trainer and this is more akin to what I'd do with her. I'm curious to see what the other workouts look like and if there's significant variety and challenge to keep me going. I do like the idea of a 20-minute workout, though. I wish there would be an option during the get ready for a move phase where you could get tips on proper form. I didn't notice this. It did go by quickly and I feel like I worked out.
