Rabbi login problems – Shivah Review

After initial login to rabbi's computer, password won't work anymore which makes search for information impossible. Stuck after talking to wife abt Joe DeMarco as well as anything else in warehouse besides email and ledger. Could you at least help with the login. Problem?
