Good app but doesn't work after full purchase... – Caillou House of Puzzles Review

My toddler loved the single puzzle so much, I thought after having it a couple of months to buy the entire app. Bad choice, that's 9.99 down the drain because it opens to a black screen & closes. Tried deleting and reinstalling, still doesn't work,
