Seriously though as an employee this is very helpful in helping shoppers. No more rushing back and forth from computers to check inventory or to see if we have a book. You're out on the sales floor, just pull out your phone, and check for it then and there. Much faster and very helpful in getting work done on the floor. Also, and I say this in a positive light, now that it's the holiday season it will be helpful to shoppers because they won't need to wait, or call, on us to see if we have what they need, they can check before even coming into the store. No more waiting in the long lines at Christmas time. I recomend it for anyone who works at Lifeway or shops there regularly. :)
