Crashes after purchasing. – Shapely - Shape your photos, design your world, frame creativity. Review

I purchased the in-app upgrade. As soon as I did, it charged me and has crashed two seconds after opening ever since. I have never been able to use it since. I have re loaded it many times, reset my phone, used different devices, same thing every time. Please get this fixed.
