Good game. Great customer service. – Crossword Professional HD Review

I'm giving this app 4 stars for the gameplay, and an additional star for Chris' customer service. The clues aren't vague, and I like the "earn tokens for hints" system. Red tokens show a letter, green a word, and blue will reveal all of a particular letter within the puzzle. I was having an issue with tokens earned/disappearing and Chris addressed my email within the hour. The resolution will be in the next release. Very pleased with the overall experience. The only drawback that I can see is if you play a lot (like me) you will get repeats of some words, but I don't mind it. It is mentioned on his website that there is a fix for that coming along as well.
