Sugar???? – Cookie Dozer Review

I have unlocked all 6 of the first 6 tiers, and I ❤️ the game, but my dad has sugar and other levels of treats/special powers that I can't seem to acquire. He does have a Note, and I have the iPhone 5. If it's an operating system glitch, please fix.
